RCM ROSSIGNOLI, noriginates from the natural propensity of his founder Giovanni Rossignoli to be a precursor: an aptitude he transferred to the company and to the technological innovation of products since 1968.

Since over forty years, we design and manufacture machines and lines for assembly, control and functional test of small and medium size components. Thanks to more than 600 machines installed all over the world, we can boast a strong experience, mainly in the following sectors: hardware for furniture and for window and door frames, consumables, automotive and electromechanics.

Each installation is designed and manufactured to meet the specific customer needs and is "turnkey" supplied. We take care directly of the whole production process, from the feasibility study, to the design and construction, mounting, setup, installation and production startup activities. Direct interventions and remote service complete the supply.

The path followed by our company for the development of a new design begins with a deep feasibility study, based upon the customer needs; as a matter of fact, the customer will be involved until the end of the manufacturing process which ends up with a strict test at our factory, during which all the predetermined parameters are exhaustively verified and the training of personnel involved in use, management and maintenance of the whole installation, takes place.

Our supervision system, specifically created, ensures easiness of use of the machine, as well as an effective video control and management of each operation:
- visualization general data
- setup of recipes and production
- times, speed and axes height changes, through a password-controlled procedure
- number of good and rejected pieces
- setup of production batches
- visualization and memorization of machine alarms, locating the station and the causes of any downtime
- buttons for excluding stations, controls, lubrications,..
- good pieces and/or good plus rejected pieces yield

An efficient and ready customer support is ensured by our highly qualified technical team, assisting the client from the initial step of design predefinition to the final step of test and after sale support. We are able to suggest our client the improvements to components to be assembled, in order to help the assembly process and reduce the designing costs (co-design).

The design is carried out using a 3D CAD program integrated with a PDM (Product Data Management) system for optimized management and data retrieval (items, commercial components, assemblies, stations, machines) and automatic generation of technical/commercial bills of material and connection to the company management system. The mounting area is equipped with 3D viewers for simplifying the assembly of stations, detection and immediate control of the heights.

A particular attention is dedicated to keep an high efficiency of production processes, combining the customization needs with the time optimization. To this purpose, we are involved in a special project which provides for the implementation of a large database for classifying each individual component or the designing groups, with the related costs, times and results. In this way the machine is not anymore designed as a prototype to be ex-novo processed, but rather as a system of well-known units to be assembled and customized according to the client specifications. The use of machine parts already proven and tested is nonetheless guarantee of better system operation.
